Parents + Bubs.

Specially programmed with your body and lifestyle in mind, these classes focus on rebuilding strength and mobility in the postpartum body.

We don’t believe in sacrificing time for yourself and time with your baby, so expect a class that makes the most of every moment and gives your body what it needs (hi, abdominal strength, back work, and chest stretches). Rebuilding doesn’t mean easy; these sessions offer layers and modifications that meet you where you’re at.

Enjoy meeting other parents, connect with your baby through movement, and relieve your self from the stress of finding childcare.

Note: Must be 6-weeks postpartum and approved by healthcare practitioner to return to exercise.

Personal Training.

In-Person or Online. Individualised sessions that are tailored to you and your lifestyle. 

These sessions are designed to give you the tools, roadmap, and accountability needed to understand your body and achieve your fitness goals. Choose between strength, pilates, or a combination of both for your ideal workout. 

Note: In-person sessions are exclusive to Sydney CBD area and online sessions.

Prenatal and Postnatal Personal Training.

Pre and Postnatal personal training in small group sessions are a great and safe way to learn about your changing body. Each stage of pregnancy and your postpartum experience requires changes in your exercise program, let me show you how to best navigate that.
